• Keys are placing the wrong letters! [WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE]

So long story short, about 2 weeks ago my keys started to work in-correctly. When I press a certain key, it places the wrong letter/ symbol. But only with certain keys as follows: The curly brace always ends up with the characters of '^' or '^^' String characters of "" end up as '' Space doesn't work at all Shift+6 ends up with '?' Shift+2 ends up with " Shift+3 ends up with / Shift+< ends up with ' Shift+> ends up with . Shift+" ends up with `` Keyboard layout is set to US Only. It does this a lot when I am playing games, or programming.. I have to restart the program/ game inorder for it to function properly for a little while and then acts like this again. I've tried using 4 different keyboards but with the same result. But it seems to only be windows7 while other operating systems don't seem to have this problem. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
press alt shift.
press alt shift.
Did that, the problem still exists.
I had this problem once a long time ago, I had to switch USB ports and then switched my USB settings in the BIOS to Full Speed or something and it seemed to fix it. It's a strange and random issue that only happens once in awhile.

Press CTRL+Shift, it cycles through keyboard languages.
Make sure the language setting is correct Control panel>clock region settings>change location>keyboard location then select the correct language from the drop down
