OK so there is this amazing 8 year old drummer called Avery Molek on YouTube, but he has these great supportive cymbal stands that look like they can take a beating. but I have no Idea what ones they are.
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/drums-percussion/pdp-700-series-cymbal-boom-stand--2-pack
It has another bolt on the boom arm.
They are weighted boom stands. The only are usefull when you need a very long arm, in situations when you have 2 layers of cymbal stands and need to place the base far from the kit. The kid in your pics could easily have played without them . They are rare on the market because of their relative uselfuness in today's kits. However you can still find some, such as that Pearl one: http://www.baguetterie.fr/pearl-bc2030-stand-cymbale-gyrolock-pro.html

Do you know where I can get them exact ones? or is it to hard to tell. at first i thought it was Ddrum but they look a little different.
Looks like discontinued Ddrums stands yeah ( they are in the same style and share the same ''hand screws'' as the hihat stand and the tom clamps ) . Why are you looking for them ? Because of the look ?

Don't think they are sold anymore, sorry. Btw any common Gibraltar/Tama/Pearl/DW/Yamaha/... stand will be supportive enough, the ones we are talking about is situational because of the huge arm . If you are looking for new stands well just post a photo of your kit with your cymbals and we can see together what will suit best your configuration
