I'd rather have the entire soundtrack. Sure it would be over 200 songs but why not release it? They can have my money!

Aren't the songs in GTA not-original and licensed, or whatever? I don't know much about how it works, but I don't think they can sell other people's songs in their album without having to pay a hefty price.

They did it with Vice City, and San Andreas. From GTA4 onwards it possible became more difficult?

I don't know anything about how it works, that was just my guess.
Though I've seen places where you can get all the radio station songs, (218, apparently), so you can always go for that
