Yeah, looks good. I've always wanted a tattoo of a forearm with a keyboard behind it.
it won't come out as distinct or as sharp as that, and the color will fade too

Tattoes most likely are done for the person who owns it. Its not a hat what is for show. Its a painting on a skin what you carry on rest of your life(yes you can remove it).

It's a neat design, if you're confident enough in doing so I would say go for it.
I'm not quite sure what it is, but it looks cool. I get kind of a "cat/fox" vibe from it, probably due to the "ears" at the top.

My point is, yeah a tattoo is primarily a personal thing. But what you have on you like clothes, jewelry, tattoos, etc, does matter. It effects how others see you.
If you get a tattoo that has meaning and significance to you, then that's great.
If you just get a tattoo because it looks cool, [i]in my opinion[/i] that seems foolish because, by and large, it's going to be on your skin forever and you may grow to regret it. (yes I know you can remove them, but that costs a bunch of money, is painful, and leaves behind scars)
Everyone is free to do what they wish, just as I am free to judge others.

My collegue is artist for 6 years. He doesnt have a single tattoo, cause he is still thinking what to make on himself.

I worked at a tattoo place for a while, and I would have to say that with so many dark colors with not much contrast like that, the colors are going to blend, especially on the soft skin of your arm. I would suggest maybe putting more contrast into it and possibly some borders, and then putting it further up your arm or on some hard skin instead.

You said the colors didn't fade but looking at this pic with the pic above that you posted it's pretty obvious the colors faded.
Colors fade, doesn't matter how good the artist is. You will eventually need a touch up, a lot of artists will either touch up a tat they did for free or for a small fee.
OP you should shave your head and walk into the tattoo parlor and say "I want white pride on my forehead"
to be more serious. It's a cool picture, but it won't translate as a tattoo well, at least not without modifying the image.
