What the fuck are ubisoft doing to screw up a game this bad? It's not hard to release a patch that actually fixes the bugs and glitches.
I think 1.4.0 was the last stable patch for this game, 1.5.0 fucked nvidia's shadows big time.
From what I've seen this game seems like a major bummer. I'd rather just replay Far Cry 3.

As a programmer once told me:

Aside from some minor glitches, I've been pretty happy with FC4 so far. FC3 got pretty boring because the environment just wasn't all that interesting.
I have been getting occasional weird flashing colors, which is a little distracting, but it's not intolerable.
I've got messed up HDR (Takes too long to scale, also ends up too dark sometimes), but after that mouse fix went in everything has been great for me.
