None of my games on steam launch

hey i've got some trouble none of my games on steam will launch i've tried them all, i've tried restarting my pc, removing the .blob but they work on the other pc? help please the error is hl2.exe has encountered an error blah blah blah i sent it and nothing thanks

use ccleaner, -reinstal steam,- defragment your pc,- reinstal windows.

Delete everything in your steam folder except for Steamapps and the steam.exe

i removed all files in steam apart from steam.exe and steamapps and it still doesn't work

I'd check out Steam Support, and if you don't find anything I'd suggest re-installing Steam.

I would suggest uninstalling steam / all the games completely and than reinstalling it all.
If the problem continues after that process than you're fucked.

Only way to survive is reinstall windows.
