• Should I get another GPU?

My PC is quite old now, and an upgrade is probably needed. Instead of getting brand new replacement parts, I thought getting a 2nd graphics card would be a better option. I currently have a Radeon HD 4800, which has been running all of my games at the top settings with no trouble, except for Skyrim, which I get fps drops in occasionally. Plus I've never been able to have max AA, which I've put down to it's built in memory. So, do I need another GPU? I have about a £100 budget, as I doubt I'll need anything more expensive.
What card exactly in the radeon 4800 series? If your motherboard supports sli, powersupply is sufficient, then it can be a decent enough choice, depending on what card it is. But a 6850 might just even outperform it even if they are in sli, and it is only about 110£, so do put that into consideration.
What's your PSU and I would suggest increasing your budget just a bit if you can and get a 6850 or 460 GTX

I'm pretty sure this is it: http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=570&pid=262&psn=&lid=1&leg=0 I was planning on getting another sapphire, but this card has better reviews: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1gb-xfx-hd-6850-xxx-4200mhz-gddr5-gpu-800mhz-960-stream-processors-hdmi-displayport-2x-dvi My power supply is great, and my motherboard can hold them both comfortably, so is it worth getting this, or would it be better to get a more expensive card at a later date?
4890 to a 6850 isn't a massive performance increase, if it is that card, then i'd rather save up a bit or sli it.
