• My new graphics card just won't work.

So some of you may have seen my thread lately, talking about how I bought a new HD 5850. The problem is that when I turn on the PC you can hear it booting up, even use the keyboard, but in the monitor the only thing that shows up is...... nothing, is like the monitor wasn't even connected to the CPU. I don't really know what the problem is, I mean, the card fits perfectly, I connected the PCI-E cables, the PSU works and it meets the requirements for the card(500W). I tried calling for support but they keep telling me to do shit that I had already done(e.g Checking if everything is connected, if I meet the requirements). I really wanna fix it as it is my only option(Not refundable). P.S: Specifically is a Visiontek ATI Radeon HD 5850.
in bios, did you switch off onboard graphics and enable the card?
You bought a non-refundable product, where did you get it from?
