Fallout 3 crash every time I try to enter the GNR plaza

Fallout 3 crashes every time I try to enter the fucking GNR plaza and I have no clue what to do. It locks up but the sound still plays. I disabled all mods but nothing worked.
Also Its retail Fallout 3 Game of the Year

It worked for about 10 minutes than stopped working... Still any help?
