Do you still watch over the air, freeview, cable/satellite TV?
Just put yes if you do sometimes.
Yes, saves me bandwidth, don't have to wait an hour until after broadcast, can watch in 1080i/p rather than 720p at best on iPlayer and works really well for live sports.
I have analog TV in my bedroom, but it's not on a lot anymore these days. I only turn it on if there's something interesting on the news, or if there's something interesting on Comedy Central. It used to be on a lot though when I was going to play GTA V with friends.
Yes, I have a digital terrestrial tuner for my computer and once in a while watch stuff like the news, sports, and those variety shows, as well as some, ehm, anime once in a while. We only get 7 channels or so on digital terrestrial, but hey, at least it's free and the programming changes around often. We also have a TV in the living room that has satellite service, which I also watch occasionally. We get channels like those from other countries (BBC, Discovery, Fox, etc.) on that TV. My phone is also digital terrestrial capable, but in low quality (one segment TV, designed for portable devices).
We get 2 channels that have some awesome ass vintage funnies.

well i take a peak to my tv once in a while when i'm on my pc, watching the news or movies that they're showing
I'll admit I don't watch TV a lot, but when I do it's cable or satellite (switched to some very decent cable from Dish since I moved and it's pretty much the same anyways). If I want a movie I know is good I just buy it on bluray since I'm a movie fanatic anyways, and broadcast TV almost always edits films down for one reason or another.
What does SlingTV Count as, it's live, but over the internet.
Between Netflix, ABC's iView and SBS On Demand, I don't really have a reason to.
Sometimes I catch a game show/news if dinner coincides, other than that, nada.
What does SlingTV Count as, it's live, but over the internet.
Option 3, that's for anything that goes through the Internet, unless it uses MPEG2/4 cable/sat streams without any IP configuration, then it's Option 2.
If I'm cooking dinner and want some noise to listen to, I'll watch free TV and put on ABC News 24. On Sunday nights I might listen to rage (a music program) on another ABC channel, so I'm not using any data like I would be if I was listening to Spotify. Top Gear usually plays Monday nights too, and there are occasionally some good movies or shows on SBS 2.
I was considering getting satellite TV through Foxtel, but the cheapest (and worst) plan starts at $25 per month. Well considering things like Netflix, Stan and Presto have been making gains, and Telstra has entered in a deal to provide those three services bundled together for $30 per month, I'm hoping Foxtel will cut back further on their prices.
