I have a 1TB drive and originally partitioned off 100Gb for Ubuntu, but now i don't really want to put it on anymore so now ive got 100GB of unused space, so should i take back that space or continue with my plans for Ubuntu?
It's really up to you, do you wan't ubuntu or not?
I think it would be cool to have another option, but i dont know how to put it on the partition and boot to it or my vista
Just try a virtual pc of ubuntu if you find it useful then put it on the 100 gig partition.
Don't bother with ubuntu
Imagine the amount of porn! take it back
^ Lol

You don't need 100GB of Ubuntu. 50/50 or something.
Continue with the plans for Global domination*cough* I mean Ubunto
just have ubuntu on a 10 Gig partition. that shit can be useful. from a failsafe if your windows partition "disappears" to a place to relax. it'll be handy to some people.
Unless you have a reason to install Ubuntu (which there isn't unless you just don't like Windows or want to be that "i'm totally alternative" guy), take your space back.

Put Windows 95 on it. Old school. :smug:
You don't need that much for Ubuntu.
I dislike dual booting, so I'd take it back.
Don't got for Ubuntu anyway, it's over-hyped and there are better distros such as Debian, Mint or Fedora. (personal opinion btw)
I only ever use Linux when I want to work with OS development. The environment available for that kind of stuff is very tricky to setup on Windows.
