• I need some advice on survival items

Hello friends. I need some help with picking out reliable, good ol survival stuff. My budget is 50 U.S. Dollars, but shipping is not included in that budget so don't worry about that. Alot of these items at first glance seem simple and effective, but it is fairly easy to fool buyers into thinking theyre selling a high quality survival item. For example- shitty windproof matches vs reputable quality matches. Same appearance, easy to get away with. So I ask you guys to show me the better buys. Please provide names, prices and links! What I need: 1. A small waterproof container of waterproof/windproof matches 2. A GOOD survival/space blanket. One that won't tear too easily if you are using it in a forest environment with lots of rocks, sticks, etc on the ground. Hopefully reusable if I can fold it up carefully without having to worry about it flaking or ripping. 3. paracord. safe, reliable, strong paracord. 100 feet is fine, as long as it can hold around 500 pounds. 4. 100 mph tape, 2+ inches thickness. If the total cost of everything exceeds my budget, include this anyway. I will just buy it at a later time. 5. P38 can openers. Some sites will sell cheap versions of these that break after a few times being used- I want the real ones, the kind that veterans swear by and claim theyve had since vietnam and they still work like new. Preferably a bulk pack of ten or so. 6. Effective water treatment package, geared toward EXTREMELY dirty and polluted water. Enough to purify around 5 gallons. Tablet form is fine with me. And one more item, but this item is not part of the 50 dollar budget posted above. I need a decent camoflauge, straight tan, straight brown, or straight black military.survival backpack. It needs to be very strong, rip proof, have at least SOME water resistance, enough space to store about 3 days worth of survival equipment, preferably MOLLE equipped so I can attach more storage compartments later on. (If need be, I will sew on MOLLE myself, but I hope I don't have to- my sewing machine has been broken for quite some time now.) Max cost: 25-35 dollars. Yes I know this is a lot to ask for, but I know there are some out there that have been discounted for reasons other than being damaged. PLEASE list other low cost items for survival seperately under your initial response. Every few weeks I will buy some more stuff to add to the kit, so list all you want. This also includes combat/defense related survival items, such as body armor, concealment and camo, etc... tents, sleeping bags, firearms, the list goes on and on. Thank you to everyone who gives me some suggestions. I appreciate it alot.
Bear Grylls?

would you mind explaining what you need this for?
would you mind explaining what you need this for?
A bug out/ emergency bag. I travel a lot in the wilderness, and travel a lot to unfamiliar places in general. The last thing I want is to be away from home, stuck, and in a shitty situation where I have nothing but myself to rely on. Might as well be prepared. Not a bad idea to have one, in fact a large amount of people have one. Basically preparing yourself for those times that every other person says will never happen. In fact, there were quite a few times already where I and family members have narrowly escaped death due to not having one- we had nothing but the luck of people arriving in time. You only get lucky so many times.

You're never gonna get all of this stuff for anything close to 50 bucks, especially if you want them in bulk, etc.
Why are you asking us to find you P38 Can openers etc? Can't you just google that shit? We're not a price comparison site.

If you're going out where its cold, get a ushanka , and if your going somewhere hot, get one of these caps.
