I would like to know whether Facepunch is mostly comprised of which, conservative or liberal.
I just would like to know, for uh...research purposes.

By what country's standards?
I'd say the average user is more liberal, but you can still find a lot of conservatives. Generaly very liberal on gay rights, net neutrality (obviously), and seperation of church and state. But when it comes to gun rights and immigration there are a lot of conservatives. Most users are Atheists too, but there are a lot of Christians, if that helps.
FP has come a little more to the right, farther than it has been in recent past. Not by TOO much, but still, some.
Hard to believe considering how liberal it still is. Then again, it's demographic sort of attracts that mindset, I suppose.

FP isn't a hivemind, it's not as simple as that. But I think there's a liberal majority with some serious empathy issues judging by recent SH threads.

basing off SH they are a lot of people in facepunch with opinions that fall more in line with conservative beliefs than your typical left leaning ideas.
they would probably call themselves liberal if you asked them though, conservative is a scary word for the young internet demographics.
they may support gay marriage and legal weed but look at any thread related to feminism, political correctness or social justice (ands guns if we are talking about america) and tell me that facepunch is mostly on one political spectrum

Have you seen SH recently, if SJW is the bad kind of liberal (idk about that personally) then lots of SH users are the bad kind of conservatives.

I'll say I'm left wing because the word "liberal" is quite mistaken amongst many people.
So according to the poll, the majority of people think they are a mix of both, while in close second, about the same amount of people think they are liberal, close behind second, don't give a shit/don't know.
And in last place...Conservative.
This is confirming my suspicions that facepunch is mostly comprised of liberals.
We'll see if they even out a bit...but I doubt it.

reminder that you can hold some conservative ideas while still being a democrat and this "no true scotsman" kind of shit just serves to alienate people
personally i'm liberal on gun laws, speech, and drug laws, and leftist on economic policies and systems, environmental policies, and educational and medical policies. i guess i am somewhat more conservative when it comes to military as i believe in keeping a strong army even in peace time but i would advocate against intervention except under the most dire circumstances.
I would say Facepunch tends towards classic liberalism rather than modern liberalism.
