Searching my computer freezes the window I'm searching in

Whenever I search something on my computer, like click my start menu and type something, I freeze. And it's only when I type something, I can click the search and nothing happens. I also tried searching in my explorer windows and they freeze up too. I have to click like crazy to get both to give me a message to restart the desktop. It's fucking annoying, It started doing this after aero went back to basic and I went to search for the program that fixes it...

I am using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

Okay, after restarting a few more times, I found out after Procaster finishing loading up (I didn't even set it to start up automatically), it turns my turns out it was Procasters fault. It of course was turning me into basic design, and I guess breaking the search at the same time.
