I'm using an old Gateway MX8711 Laptop. I got it as a gift (It was broken when I got it).
I replaced the Hard Drive, But one of the issue is that after it goes past the BIOS Screen (Gateway Logo), Nothing shows up including the little dash for when a message or an OS is booting up. I can't install an OS. I can access the Bios F2 Setup and Boot From F10 Options. But nothing more. Is the Laptop screwed? Or is there anything I can do?
