I'm not afraid to admit that I cried at the end of UP. I didn't shed a single tear, I fucked bawled my eyes out.

Never ran into a truly sad movie though..only TV series can be sad at times. When you favorite character dies or something.

Only one or two movies have actually made me cry. Several have made me feel quite sad, but not quite THAT sad. The last one that came close was The Sky Crawlers. Just the undertone of hopelessness got me.
