I don't think you can get propper watercooling into that budget, also i think you will do good picking another case :S a HAF 912 will probally be suggested.
do you need a mouse, keyboard, OS, etc.
no i do not need os and keyboard and stuf also i will not have water cooling and i shall go with the haf case :)
