What will happen to the games that use it in terms of save files? All gone I assume? Or will they carry over to whatever Microsoft decides to do next?
And not a single shit was given. Thank god. GFWL was horrible, horrible client, forced upon you, nothing nice about it.
Market is gone, GFWL Servers are staying... but will they get better? I'm kinda sick of Dark Souls always getting disconnected from GFWL at all the wrong times.

Honestly it's no better than Steam.
In fact I think it might be better because I don't think you need to have the GFWL Marketplace Client installed to play games you've downloaded through it.
I hope the client will also go to hell and all GFWL games will be reworked for not using it any more. Besides, most of the time GTA IV/Fallout 3 owners disable GFWL anyway by using XLiveLess/FOSE.
