Hey,
This has been happening for 2 days now and it's pissing me off.
I try loading up somethingawful forums because of a GD thread, here's the first result:

I know this is fake because I'm fully connected on the internet and steam..
Now I press refresh and

It's all just broken or crumbled. I don't know what to do, youtube also faces this issue with "ERROR loading video blah blah try again later"
So what's the fix?
Clear your webpage cache and DNS cache.

Should I be concerned that this is causing it?

Done the website cache but how do I do the DNS one?
For clearing DNS cache, go to command prompt and type:
ipconfig /flushdns
And you don't need to hide your IP address because nobody can do anything with it. I respect your privacy, I'm just telling.

Nope still getting it.
Did DNS flush solve the issue for a short amount of time?
change your default DNS to Google's Public DNS.
