Dishonored is amazing
I can't vouch for the PC version of The Evil Within but it's an enjoyable game despite it not being at all scary and it drags on once you get to the apocalypse city level.
They will never give a major discount on Evil Within, it always has such a high price tag.
Yeah, how is the PC version of Evil Within? I wouldn't mind playing it but I heard various reports mostly negative.

It's not optimized very well. I got ~40 fps with a gtx 770 and an i7-3770. I've also heard it crashes for a lot of people, though I've only had it happen once in 28 hours of play.

I tried it on my PC and it ran well enough, but the experience just felt off to me and the black bars drove me insane.
However, I tried it at my bf's place, using his PC on a widescreen TV with a controller, kicked back in bed, and it felt like a great game that I'd thoroughly enjoy going through.
For $20, I'd say it's worth it and gives off a RE4 vibe but it's more engaging with a controller and on a wider display where the black bars make more sense.
