http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824005154R Does anyone know if this monitor is 1080p?
Recommended Resolution: 1920 x 1080 yes.
I recommend a Samsung/Dell/Acer monitor though
Now my other question. Is this a good buy?
Which brand is best for a monitor anyway? Also is LG good?
LG is good but ACER and SAMSUNG are the best
if i can remember correctly samsung or dell my acer screen broke when i shot it with a K-nex pistol by accident :downs: half the screen was a colour crater
So pretty much any monitor that is 23" or 1920x1080 is 1080p capable? I just want my games to look awesome as shit
Huh, I heard that Acer is basically just cheap, so are they good quality?
LG is good but ACER and SAMSUNG are the best
Hell naw man. ASUS is top.
Huh, I heard that Acer is basically just cheap, so are they good quality?
It really depends on what one you're looking at. Some are shitty, and some are decent. My friend has one. They're good, but not the best.

Okay, so basically I want a Samsung monitor. Well they are good anyway.
Okay, so basically I want a Samsung monitor. Well they are good anyway.
Whats your price range?
sorry i meant ASUS not Acer :) Silly me. I have a 20" 1680x1050Syncmaster Had it for a couple years. Amazing!!! Not a dead pixel or a single problem. Looks the part aswell
Whats your price range?
Something like <£200. Probably 24".
If you can http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001308&cm_re=Syncmaster-_-24-001-308-_-Product [editline]09:03PM[/editline] you'll find it hard to get a GOOD 24 inch monitor for under 200
:sigh: I didn't put a pound sign there for nothing. [editline]09:12PM[/editline] Facepunch worries me sometimes.
Okay, so basically I want a Samsung monitor. Well they are good anyway.
I have a pretty cool Samsung SyncMaster 206BW, I had it for about a year but it started getting some problems so I got a refurbished one from claiming on warranty and it's been fine since. I like it :D
Which brand is best for a monitor anyway? Also is LG good?
it goes like this: Hanns < Asus < acer < LG < HP < Samsung < Dell < NEC (CRTs only, their LCDs suck pretty bad) < Sony Sceptre and Compaq are acceptable, but of varying quality.
Hell naw man. ASUS is top.
hahahaha [editline]03:25AM[/editline] was that sarcasm?
