Why not both ways? Assuming the Xbox One CPU can support it

Because when you are a gamer PC you don't want to play games on Xbone or console even if is
a shooter games because you play with Mouse and not gamepad to play shooters , and It's already very expensive to have a good computer why to buy a console after this ?
I dont want to buy a console when on PC we have alot of games and it's very long to wait for having a good port from good exclusive games or sometimes they change mind to port exclusive game on computer... For example Killer Instinct
But for a game we never can play on PC it's Uncharted...
It's ok if they port game on PC first and Xbone after I dont care and it can wait years like they do for PC before...

Why would you want to limit your PC games to the capabilities of an xbone? People wanted to play Forza and Halo on their PCs, they didn't want to make their pc games run even worse.
Honestly, if this is a reverse version of the current Xbox streaming (i.e. streaming your desktop to the Xbox), I wouldn't be angry. I just picked up a Steam Link to do exactly that and it's a great little box. Having it bundled up into a single piece of hardware wouldn't be a bad thing.
I think this is just a typo, it was meant to be the other way around.
It wouldn't be very hard for them to implement two way anywho, they have remote desktop which they can modify and tweak to get the reponse time needed for streaming games.
This sounds more like game streaming both directions. Playing any XInput compatable game on xbox much like steamlink.
