Johnny The Homicidal Maniac was pretty eerie, but the again, all of Jhonen Vasquez's stuff is. The sarcasm and humor in it kinda causes that to suffer though.

there's this song that was in the very first demos for the neverhood that played in the first room (where you wake up).

it definitely sounds like a neverhood song. the weird thing is that it's not mentioned anywhere and it doesn't appear to be on the soundtrack. the person who was looking for it asked about it on doug tennapel's forum and for some reason got banned for it.

Pretty much the most beautifully melancholic piece ever created in my opinion. Every detail of this composition is so on the mark and perfect. That depressed flute, those two Spanish guitars working their harmonics together in such a fucking genius way.

This song (and video) I find pretty confusing. The voice at the beginning is well depressing but the rest of this song is really beautiful. It makes me feel all lost and confused.
For me this vid sums up the human existence, with all of its love, fear chaos, joy and everything else. its pretty touching.
