I would hire a team of the most skilled submarine engineers to design and build me an underwater home that is a combination houseboat/submarine with extendable stabilizers that let it park on the sea floor. I would then travel the world living in and on the ocean experiencing the wildlife of the world's oceans firsthand. After that I would obviously use the leftovers to help where ever I felt my money would be the most effective.

Get a bunch of beast computers for LAN parties, with 2 monitors each.
Get an awesome house, with a pool.
Get an awesome car.
Give some money to friends/family in need.
Donate money to medical research things (like cancer).
Save the rest.

I would start a big ass festival in the middle of colorado or something with barbecues, fast cars, loud music, weed, camping and alcohol. And everything in between.

id save up some more and buy a mac. probably wont have enough though.
I'd put it in a bank and live off the interest.
According to my probably wrong calculations, I'd make at least 13 750 000 a year at a minimum if I invest in ING Direct, and that interest rate goes up from 2.75% (minimum) to 4.35% (maximum).
As a result, I'd probably get even MORE.
So yeah, with that money per year I'd set up my own recording studio and get a degree in sound engineering, spend all day playing guitar, get some really high performance PCs, a mac for recording, a nice PRS SC 245 (custom of course), a couple of les pauls and strats and some marshall and blackstar stacks.
Also for my automobile, I'd buy a suzuki swift and pimp it out so it sounds completely different to what it looks and is 100% ridiculous.

I'd build a two story building building in a high density city like L.A., Vegas, or New York. The top floor would be my home, fully decked out with all the goods a new TV, Bed, PC, etc.
The first floor would be the most amazing Cyber cafe you could dream of, 50+ pc's all top of the line, full access to Steam lan account, A section with Xbox ones, ps4, retro area. The rates would be stupid cheap, like 10$ gets you 100 hours of game time. the point wouldn't be to make money but to give people of the city a place to enjoy themselves. Weekly events with big prize pools.
Oh I'd drop 25 mill into the Dota 2 franchise. supporting tournaments, upcoming teams and players. Sponsoring etc.
lastly I'd invest in solar energy projects and engineering programs to help promote better world choices like this

There was a place just like that here in town and the owner was super cool, but he lost so much money for so long it ended up closing down :( I have a lot of good memories at that place, it was $1.75 an hour and they would have lock ins once a week for $10 11pm to 6am with tournaments on brawl and CoD and man it was awesome :(
it was the first cybercafe/arcade i ever went to that not only had gmod, but had a lot of the good addons [I]correctly[/I] installed and configured (this was before the whole workshop thing)
