I recently put XP on a computer that I had been running ubuntu on. I installed XP and I am unable to connect to wireless or connect via an Ethernet cable. Anybody have any advice?
Well - For one, drivers? You may need to get your motherboards specific LAN/Ethernet driver.
Where do I get the drivers?

I don't understand why Ubuntu worked fine, and this did not though.

I can't see wireless networks. Where the internet icon should be in the task bar there is nothing. It is like that part of the OS did not install at all.
Ubuntu may of had a generic driver with it which functioned, yet clearly XP doesn't. Get the drivers for your motherboard first from the manufactures website and see if it helps.
