At least one large body of water, a good skybox (the cs_militia one is preferable), very high map height,
detailed structures and building platforms (not just blocks), good grass textures, etc. Gm_excess_construct is a very good example of this, although the map height and air space is rather limited. Also little fun things, like toys, such as the mirror in gm_construct. Any map that lacks at least one of these (water is forgivable, maybe some fun aspect like a mirror or dark room),I am going to not enjoy playing on that map.

Water, Flat spaces and rooms for individual projects.
Rail tracks, hills/mountains, nolag-rooms, quite a big amount of water, little to no houses. Look at gm_wireconstruct_bna, it would be perfect if it was brighter and without the annoying underground sounds.
Big old abandoned, ruined cities (sky-scraper husks in particular) have always been something I've wanted to explore.
Cities, cliff areas and exotic environments are the areas I enjoy the most. NPC nodes is always something I'm looking for, though.

It would be lovely If I could have Stratis from ArmA 3. But that dream is yet to come.
