I'm about to connect a Wireless Router to the internet through a Wired Router, however I don't know how to do it. Would I just use a standard ethernet cable to connect the two, because I don't want my wireless router to connect directly into my modem. Can someone help guide me through this? Thanks in advance.
So you want to have Modem->WirelessRouter->WiredRouter ?
I am not sure if you can connect multiple routers in a network, when i tried it the second router stopped providing connection for a few sec, anyways i am not sure.
You can do this, but you have to add routes to the second network. You need a switch instead.

Or if you can tell me what model of wireless router it is, you may be able to add a route to the second router if it supports it.

That's why I asked what model he had. A lot of the crap you get from the ISP won't act as a dedicated gateway.
I have a Dlink Wireless 615 for the Wireless router, and for the Wired I have a DI-604. I'm trying out the stuff in the link right now, will report back once I'm finished.
Why don't you just use the wireless router? It'll be able to do everything the wired one can, plus wireless. I'm not sure why you'd need both at once.
I need both at once, because my roommate is paranoid that having a wireless connection will give him "VIRUSES!", and there's no persuading him otherwise, unless he keeps his wired connection, and we only have one modem.

Does the wireless router not have enough ethernet ports for him? Or does he think that keeping the wireless part on a separate box will keep him safe :downs:

Yep, he's really computer ignorant, and he won't listen to anything I say due to his ego. :smith:
