Ok I want an MP3 to CDA converter. Only to convert not to burn to a CD, that I will do myself, I only need the converter.
Um. CDA are not actual files, they're just what Windows shows you to represent the CD's tracks. Why would you even need to convert that? Even the most basic burning tools can easily burn regular audio CDs from MP3.

Well you could but you're still comparing two completely different thing here. If you were somehow to convert your MP3s into CDA, if you were to burn those on a CD it wouldn't be an audio CD but a regular file CD with those CDA files on.

There is no such thing as a CDA file, it goes straight from mp3 to tracks on the cd Unless ISOs work with audio tracks
CDA does not exist. Though I suppose you could rip from a CD into a lossless compression format such as .flac Using Exact Audio Copy
If you're looking to convert your .mp3 files into the same LCPM format that is used for audio CDs, set your conversion program to 2-channel signed 16-bit LCPM at 44,100HZ. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Book_(audio_Compact_Disc_standard) .cda files are only generated by Windows to store indexing information about the disc and do not contain the raw PCM data themselves.
