Alright, FP, so I was wondering if it's legal in the US to sell gear such as 5.56 Mags for M16s,AR15s,etc., Broomstick handles for rifles, etc. I think it might vary from state to state. Anyone can help?
Edit:
Here's a pic. Hey Bean-O, you want to buy them? I'm also selling SAW drum pouches and handles. (You need those Picantiny rails or whatever there called)

Totally legal so long as the person buying can own it in their state.
For instance you can't sell me a magazine that can hold more than 10 rounds. Well, actually I can't buy it. If you were to sell it to me I would get in trouble for owning a high-capacity magazine because I live in California. So long as you don't bring it here in person you wouldn't be in trouble.
Same deal with gun parts, but so long as they aren't attached to a rifle they're just parts. You can sell anything except for a receiver (which is classified as a firearm by the BATF) to anyone without any background checks or anything. This means that you can sell me a parts kit for a fully-automatic rifle with pistol grips and everything even though I live in California because those are just parts. To a degree the same applies to magazines. You can sell high-capacity magazines where they are prohibited if the magazine is disassembled into its components (housing, floorplate, spring, follower) because then it's not a magazine, it's a set of magazine parts.
But I'd stick to selling the parts to people who can own and use them, just to be safe.
Shit, I'm in Cali too, but I have 30 Round 5.56 Mags I need to get rid of. I'm thinking of posting an add online for it.
Try craigslist then, ebay are really uptight assholes.

Wait, when did you buy the magazines?
If you bought them before California banned their ownership you can legally own them and you should hold onto them. If you bought them after the ban you should disassemble them right now. You can sell them out of state or keep them as magazine parts.
They are issued from Uncle Sam, but I "acquired" them from someone else. How much do you think I should sell each for?
