Been having this issue since today and basically a massive crackle/buzz happens when i move my head around when any sound is playing. This makes listening to music an awful experience and Im after troubleshooting, pretty sure its not a software issue.
So I've cleaned the driver from hair (it did have some) to no avail, tried putting the cable on front of PC instead of back at the soundcard with no difference. It also makes this n oise when listening on phone.
So, anyone savvy with headphones? Is it the headphones themselves or the cable? I don't want to spend 30€ on a cable and still have the same issue.
Sound like a break in the cable, I wouldn't pay for a new one though since it's really easy to fix yourself with a cheap soldering iron, breaks almost always occur just below the strain relief which to no surprise looks like a piss poor job to me.
Buy the cable if it doesn't fix it return the cable.
I bought a cable since I would break it even more with a soldering iron. New cable works great, Cheers guys. I'll try having my dad soldering the other one so I have a backup one.
