• PS3 got the Yellow Light of Death - Any suggestions?

I really don't have the money to pay $150 for Sony to fix my PS3, so can anybody offer some advice as to how to fix the Yellow Light of Death? It's not from overheating. This is the first time this has happened. It's a 20GB model that I bought in November 2006.
What the fuck is the yellow light of death?
I power it on, the light on the front of the console is green for around 3 seconds, then it turns yellow, and it powers off. Then it becomes a red blinking light.
Just a guess, sounds like it over heated. Leave it off for a day or two and move it to a different spot and try again.
YLOD is practically the ps3 equivlent of the RROD. Reflowing the GPU would most likely fix the issue
