I'd argue something potentially releasing 2 full weeks prior to an announced date is actually reportable. It would give people a heads up on a change in release dates.

Given DE's hotfixing schedule that is a literal nonissue.

1. Aside from this very specific instance of all hands on deck hotfixing is already a [I]daily thing[/I] if necessary and has only been suspended one other time til they roll-backed and fixed a bug that exposed your account data in chat when someone clicked on your name.

2. You can't even play the client unless it's updated, unless you're playing warframe on your phone (you are not) again a non-issue. They've flatly stated they can't account for people on metered/capped internet and have no intention of ever trying other than the asset optimization they already do.
