• PSU Fan Making WAY Too Much Noise

During completely normal operation of my computer (even cold booting it after leaving it totally off overnight), a loud whirring noise emanates from my PSU's fans. (Sounds like this but less 'grainy', turn up your volume, recorded with a shitty phone mic) Anything I can do to mitigate the noise short of getting a new PSU? I have this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817338035
Fan could be spinning too slow, or too fast. also make sure there is nothing in the way of the fan, i would just RMA if you dont want too open it. or it might not be secured right, and causing vibrations.
Try tightening the screws...if you're fine with opening it you could replace the fan
Replacing it will require the least faffing about out of all possible solutions. Another is taking it apart and lubricating it but it's more likely you'll make it worse.
It sounds like the bearings are giving out. If it is still under warranty then as already said, RMA it. If not the you have the choice of replacing the fans or just getting a new PSU. It all comes down to how confident you are with a soldering iron.
Stick some olive oil in the fan - I had a PSU fan that was barely spinning (fucked bearing, nearly overheated had I not smelt it) and it has worked perfectly and silently for months after a few drops of olive oil.
