Hope they get told to fuck off There are too many slogans to deal with that shit
Imagine getting mad that advertisers are using your slogan from 20 years ago as inspiration for something new.
fuck off apple you can't own the phrase "x different"
I guess if Apple wins they'll have to Think Different slogans
As stupid as lawsuits of this kind generally are, I'm kinda on Apple's side on this one. The campaign may be ages old by now but even I immediately associate "Think different" with Apple and I don't even recall seeing any ads of theirs. "Tick different" sounds very similar since it's also grammatically incorrect in the same way so I wouldn't be too surprised if Apple ends up winning the case.

Where you on facebooks side when they claimed anyone using Face* was infringing on them? When I hear think different I don't immediately think of Apple. They're the other end of the spectrum when it comes to being different.
Fun fact: Apple still owns the Think Different copyright. Which means that they use it. In very tiny print in a corner of a Mac box, it will show the Finder logo with the words "Macintosh. Think Different. "
that's as predatory as patent trolls who live off of actions like this, fuck off apple lol

Their slogan, however, is. I would say Face* could be infringing but it would need to be a social network type online service with a similar name.
