Well is it used, how long have you had it and what did you buy it for?
I'd say about $160. That's what they're going for used on a few sites I checked.
its used and has been used for about 6 months
9800 GX2 is still one of the best cards you can buy, why would you upgrade from it?
well from what I know it is crashing my computer for what ever reason because I put my old GTX+ in to see if the GPU was the problem and so far it was.

So you're selling a malfunctioning card?

No from the research I have done its not the cards fault, the card just does not like how my particular system is setup.

Do you by any chance own a motherboard with the nforce / sli 7xx that was bought before it was bios updated or patched on newer boards? If so, it's not the cards fault but exactly as you say, the motherboards.
no I have a P5n-E 650i SLi MoBo so I still have no idea what the problem is
(I put in some spare ram i had and so far it is working fully so could it have been the Ram?)
Put a fan on the chipset - I have that exact board and it can't handle 4 sticks of RAM (assuming spare ram = 4 sticks) without a fan on the chipset.
But before you do that, try setting the LDT frequency to 2x, or failing that, 1x - that improved the stability of mine considerably.
I could try that
