I'm looking for an alarm program that will go off every hour for either the iPod or PC.

If there's one for the PC, it would be neato if it had a motherboard speaker interface.
Couldn't you just set 24 alarms on your iPod?
Well, I've an ipod touch and I can, like the guy above me said, set >24 alarms. You just set one for every hour, I'm not sure about other ipod's though.

why would you need this for the computer or the iPod?
I believe windows task scheduler can do something like this.

Well why couldn't you? I don't think most phones have a limit on how many alarms they can have, do they?

I'm going to use it for lucid dreaming and I don't have computer speakers, only headphones.
