• Writing an essay on how salt lowers the freezing\melting point of water.

I need to write an essay on how salt lowers the freezing/melting point of water based on the chemical bonds and the properties of water. I feel really stupid for not being able to explain this, but my brain is just not working right now. So, if someone can help me answer this, I will love you forever. I've gathered a little bit of information using search engines, but I still need something about the chemical bonds. Any input you guys have towards the subject would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :]

I'll give you a hint: the salt disrupts the bonding capabilities of the water molecules. How? Go look it up yourself, that's what the internet is for, fucker.

Dude, come on, I found the answer on the first page of a simple Google search. It's so easy. Just be like, "salt lowers freezing point" or some shit and it's RIGHT THERE.
