Physics states that as you go faster, you shrink and experience time differently. So if you're going 175,000 mi/s (or about 281,635,200m/s) your physical body would become shorter and you would experience time more slowly than someone who is not traveling as fast.
This all has to do with the way space and time exist together in our Universe.
Also, the universe points to us essentially being a hologram and all motion is completely relative in the universe.
Meaning if Joe and Sally were in the middle of nowhere space and both saw the other coming towards themselves they would [b]both[/b] be correct in determining that it was the other who is moving, not them. Because there is no way to tell otherwise.
