Boot windows instalation directly from internal HDD

Hi,
I've got a laptop which can only directly boot into the internal HDD. How can I boot the windows instalation directly from that?
huh?
I don't understand what you're trying to say here
If it's trying to boot from a USB device or whatever change the boot order in the BIOS.
I have a laptop with one single internal HDD.
There's no OS on there or anything else. I can take it out of the laptop and hook it onto my normal PC as external drive. I was wondering if I can somehow place the windows installation on the HDD and then put the HDD back into the laptop so the laptop boots into the windows instalation from the internal HDD.
Can't you just run setup.exe directly from the windows folder?

Does the laptop not have any USB ports or something?

You can do that yes, just follow some random "Install Windows 7 on USB" and it will work :).

Yes it has USB ports but you can ONLY boot from the internal HDD. Nothing else.

Look above.
The programs I tried only gave me the option to select a "Removable Device" yet when I connect the HDD to the computer it's seen as regular HDD. So do you guys have any programs that you can recommend?

Do you mean the motherboard doesn't support USB boot? Is the machine that ancient? Otherwise you go into the BIOS and change the boot order to "Removable devices" (or something) above HDD.

Works 100%.
If you absolutely can't boot from USB, perhaps look into partitioning the disk as if it were a USB flash drive with a 4GB or so partition for the windows installer, then install windows on the remaining space.
I'm not sure if this is possible though

Alternatively install windows on the disk using another PC and use the system preparation tool before moving the disk back to the laptop.
