Yeah, no. Apple's lawsuits against competing companies were based off patents that they actually used. Sure, Apple abuses the stupid patent system, but they're abusing it based off things they make unlike the companies in the article which don't even produce the goods they're going to court over. Sure, Apple are dicks and abuse the system like many of their competitors, but that's not what this article is about.
