I don't even think i can honestly answer my own question. I have quite a lot of people throught the whole story that i think are great.
A sample of my favorites:

- Boba Fett
- Commander Cody
- Darth Revan
- Darth Talon
- General Grievous
- R2-D2
- C-3P0
- Cody Zahara ( her name might be Zahara Cody - can't remember )
and those are all the ones i have on mind right now. I am sure there are others.
That is not the order in which they are my favorite. It would take too long to seperate them like that.
oh and Anakin Solo, and Veila Tahiri. That's all i am going to add on.

I don't like Jango Fett too much. for the pure reason. that he got killed by Mace Windu and didn't get to show much of what he had in him. I know Boba Fett would've killed Mace in the same position. Yet the movies downgraded Boba's actual strength and all that as well. =[ R2-D2 is awesome. i agree. and for the first one. i was going to say some crap like that =P
Well that's just it, Jango coulda been so much more, but played a shitty role, and got his ass owned.
Grievous was my favorite too. I remember when they had the good 5 minute animated series, and at the end of the first season when they introduced him in a bonus episode, he raped like, 5 jedis at once. In the movie, he's a coughing pile of shit who got his ass kicked by Obi Wan.
Well yeah. The movies seem to downgrade the strength and abilities of everyone. Just didn't how enough. and didn't have enough time. That's what the books are for. and Grievous technically didn't get owned. It was a blaster. Any hobo loser could kill an unarmed, organ-exposed person, thing with a blaster. especially if the blaster bolt explodes them into flames lol. And in the games Jango Fett was beast. I'll give him that.

Well Obi-wan had jedi reflexes. If you look into the details. Jedi are supposed to be much faster and shit especially with lightsabers. And Grievous had no force-sensitivity, wasn't really fair. Plus he didn't have much training accept from the old fart who thought he was the shit. If he was trained by someone powerful, or obi-wan didn't have blaster hacks then Grievous would've won.

Oh yeah, and Grevious was pretty badass, but stil i think my favorite will always be the emperor! In the older ones he was the most perfect bad guy, not an inch of good in him. The new ones made him look like a retard.
he really wasnt. the emperor wasn't that powerful. they over-played his character. he wasn't much special. and you're like the only one. no one else in the story or in real life likes the emporer much =P but i think thats just fine. he needs a fan.

Prequel films: Soooo many shitty ones, but I guess I'd have to go with the Emperor (when he wasn't hamming it up...UNLIMITED POWAH!)
Original Trilogy: General Veers...the only competent Imperial "Redshirt" you see in any of the films.
Expanded Universe: Grand Admiral Thrawn...the genre-savy admiral who was kicking the New Republic's ass...until that little mishap with the hired help. I did like Boba Fett too, in the books only...until the Mandalorians underwent their little metamorphosis and every other Star Wars character suddenly wanted to be a Mandalorian.
