Both games would live up to their name, and be glorious beyond recognition, but circumstances beyond your or anyone's control makes it so only one can come into existence.
Knights of the Old Republic 3 would be one of the finest RPGs of our time, and would tell the perfect finale story of Revan, cover up any tarnishes TOR left on the lore, be renowned as one of the greatest Star Wars stories ever told. It would set the bar for RPGs and Star Wars games for years to come.
Half-Life 3 would be remembered as yet another turning point in the FPS genre for not only combat, but story telling as well, leaving no leaf unturned, finishing out the saga beautifully and setting the bar once again for the FPS genre. It would be worth the weight.
Which do you choose?
pretty sure FacePunch would vote HL3 the most

I'm interested to find out
KOTOR 3 but only if it was made by Obsidian and if it wasn't I'd pick HL3.

read the OP, this poll is assuming that no matter who it would be made by it would be glorious
i picked suicide,
but kotor 3 would best choice for me considering i haven't really given hl3 much thought this year or last
or the previous before that
or before
Half life 3. Not only would the game be amazing, but all the extra features that it would entail (such as Source 2) would be revolutionary for level design for games and mods both.

That's silly and a pipe dream.
KOTOR 3. Half-Life 3 would be great too, but honestly, I would prefer an amazing RPG over an amazing FPS.
Neither.
Give me a sequel to XIII.
I care more about FPSes in general, so I voted HL3, especially for the modding capabilities alone.

ok
HL3 forever.
banjo-threeie
I would absolutely love both
But knowing Bioware these days, KOTOR 3 would probably be butchered horribly

did no one read the goddamn OP
Yes I did, but looking at it in terms of actual reality, it would be the exact opposite of what you said
Jeez
I expect KOTOR 3 first because it actually got something out to possibly be hype fuel, an iOS port of the first. It's getting stiff competition from XCOM and Minecraft.
Half life. Don't care about star wars franchise.
Modern Warfare 4
Neither, I'd go for more creativity being injected into game developers, and I'd prefer they make the games they want, rather than trying to appeal to a certain demographic in the hopes that they make enough profits not to tank. Half-Life 3 can wait.
Modern Warfare 4
you mean Ghosts.?
you mean Ghosts.?
no mw4 best game ever
no mw4 best game ever
you mean MW5 Russian Pillow fight
I'm not super psyched for either. I never played KOTOR, and I enjoyed Half Life, but I definitely not as much as everyone else here. But I am generally curious to what Half Life 3 would look like.
Definitely both.
HL3, because I wouldn't even trust bioware to care for a god damn cactus let alone kotor.
KOTOR 3. A perfect FPS is a lot easier to make in my view than a perfect RPG. I mean, Half Life 2 is pretty much a perfect FPS already, so HL3 would have to focus on the storytelling aspect that, admittedly, Valve has proven time and again they're brilliant at. The innovation would be cerebral rather than obvious in terms of gameplay.
HL3 because of that fact that it ended on a cliffhanger.
Half-Life 3, I've never really been able to get into the KOTOR series.
It was more fun for me to watch my brother play (which I enjoyed).
