So I've noticed that a problem in my gpu is that when I turn the settings down in some games that it actually doesn't help my fps at all and my gpu usage stays around 40-50%, which is really annoying.'

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
AMD FX-8320 Eight-core
12 gb DDR3 ram
650 w psu
GTx 760
This usually means the game is CPU bound or there are features in the game that are not available on your card. (AKA Nvidia gameworks stuff thats not supported on your card).
What games do you see this in exactly?
