Here is the rundown. I live in Canada and if I order a build from newegg.ca I have to knock money off my build because of 200$ in taxes and 130$ in shipping. I checked if memory express has the parts I need at my local store, it's a matter of saving heaps of cash. But is memory express reliable? Is this even a good idea?
Stop making so many threads. [editline]06:35AM[/editline] its nab core kid
$130 in shipping? Jesus christ what did you order? A fucking tank?
No, Canada is just a fuckin' rip off when it comes to this, 200$ in hst which isn't in my province is sad.
Do you have to pay shipping on EVERYTHING? My stuff only had like 30 dollars shipping and no tax. http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=12098271

They have one in Memphis, Tennessee. Thats where my parts and case got shipped from.
Newegg.ca has an Ontario based warehouse for Canada and all of my parts besides my CPU are coming from there its about 240$ Harmonized Sales Tax, another 80$ for shipping. Then there is gst taxes from the states for my CPU witch is around 1 grand. tl;dr local is cheaper, but is it better?
Buy locally.
