Hi, new guy here, has anyone here used the Super Hide IP software? if so, did it function as advertised? Thanks.
Yes but its super fucking slow - they only have 4 servers
Yes but its super fucking slow - they only have 4 servers
I just opened it and connected to a Brazilian IP. It worked but yeah it was slow. More importantly I checked my IP with a trace and under proxy it says: "Proxy Type: Transparent, Real IP: xx.xxx.xx.xx" Weird. Thanks for the reply.
If a proxy is transparent, then it's sending the X-Forwarded-For: header on all your requests, so it'll tell the server your IP anyway. The decent proxies don't send that header, but they're harder to come by. Besides, I find tor is fine for my rare anonymity needs.
Thanks for the info. I tried tor a while back and remember it being slow. I need to get over my random paranoia.

u
hentai_big_boobs_blond_hair_tentacle_rape_super_XXX.avi?
Aw, the link didn't work! Darn it.
Go with Tor, it's slow but reliable.
Why not use tor?
Hotspot shield>Tor LOL @ disagree. For HSS you don't have to setup your computer, for tor you need to change so many settings the average person can't do it with step-by-step instructions. The servers are wayyyy faster too.
thanks everyone.
If you need a proxy try UltraSurf.
