"hey guys, lets hide behind proxies that are free and DDoS the CIA website, what could go wrong?"
guys holy shit this is serious business the CIA's site was down for a while, sound the alarms this is a code red situation
This "hacking" that they're doing is probably comparable to an annoying poke. The CIA is a huge government organization, no way would they make even a dent in their security. But I'm no expert on these sort of things.

So they take down the public CIA website that is probably hosted on an average bandwith line in a single dual core computer with no load balancing or server software optimization and media goes "Anonymous hacks the CIA" Well done, "anonymous", you have done jack shit and made people be worried about it once again.
