Somebody offered to sell me an iPhone, it's in perfect shape, jailbroken, but there's a popup that comes up saying something about "the accessory is not compatible with the iPhone would you like to put into airplane mode." Does anyone happen to know anything about this "error?"
Try restoring it.

You said restore the phone from iTunes, a music application. Didn't know that iTunes held iPhone firmware. Thanks for the info, I'll try it.
