• Overclocking an i7 920 and ATI 4890, PSU questions

So this ideal computer I'm building has an i7 920 and a 4890, which I plan to overclock to the max. This will be on an MSI X58 Pro-E mobo. It will have liquid CPU cooling + a 120mm radiator, and the 4 fans in the NZXT Lexa-S gaming tower so I'm not too worried about heat. However, is a 700 watt PSU enough to handle overclocking the i7 920 to 3.8/ maybe 4 GHz and the 4890 to 1 ghz core/1.2 ghz memory? I've read that the 4890 OC'd to these levels consumes less power than a stock gtx 285, but I'm unsure of combining a highly OC'd 4890 and a highly OC'd i7 920 under a 700W psu. Any help would be appreciated!
Yes.
Thanks! Edit: Also, do you agree that the temperatures will be okay?
If you make sure that the fan control is up on your graphics card, then yes. But be sure to monitor the CPU's temperatures using hwmonitor and make sure it's stable before keeping it at the overclock. Both idle and under load.
thanks a lot i appreciate it, will do.
