Trying to get .mid files from a website to my Itunes

I don't know if this is the right section, but it seemed all right.

Recently, I've been downloading sheet music to this program called Finale Reader. But with the sheet I download, I can press 'play' on it and it'll actually play the song I'm learning.

But on this website I get it from, ([url=http://www.ninsheetm.us/index.php]NinSheetMusic[/url])I can preview the music before I download it. And I'll get a little Quicktime and play button.

What I was wondering was if I could just get the music onto my Itunes, because the piano's pretty cool.
