Hey guys I hear that if you are gold you have a chance to get a key for Rust is it true and how do I get gold I really want rust so bad.

Not exactly, gold let's you access parts of forum where people are more likely to post keys. They removed gold because people just like you won't stop spamming the gold forums.

It's an alpha, so they only bother handing out enough keys to actually test things.
You're honestly not missing out on much though, rust is terrible. Go play STALKER, Dorf Fort, SS13 or something.
They stopped creating keys because the forums couldn't handle the influx of users. We're a general chat/Garry's Mod forum that just so happens to have rust here for the time-being.
The simple way to literally become gold is to get touched by King Midas.

Honestly no idea, but I imagine it'll go in beta in a few months or something, or crash and burn horribly.

It's a bloody alpha. Calm down. It was only released so people can test it and give feedback,not so that people can play it just for fun.

You do not understand, it is not a good game. It is a horribly broken test alpha. It may look look, but it is not. Tie yourself up with STALKER, DayZ or fallout if you are in the mood for post-apoc action.

I would honestly laugh if rust turned out to simply be a tech demo/way to test the engine and it proceeds to be shut down.
